January 5, 2012BIR MEMORANDUMTO:All Regional Directors  All Revenue District Officers   SUBJECT:Submission of Monthly Report on One-Time Transactions In order to effectively monitor collections from One-Time Transactions (ONETTs), all Revenue District Offices are hereby directed to submit a Monthly Status/Accomplishment Report on One-Time Transactions at their respective offices. To ensure the uniformity of the information to be supplied in the Monthly Status/Accomplishment Report, the attached Format (Annex A) shall be utilized in the preparation of the Report, which must reflect all ONETT transactions, regardless of whether the corresponding CAR has been issued or not.In addition, an Inventory of all pending ONETT dockets (using the format provided in Annex B of this Memo), as of 31 October 2011, must be submitted to this Office not later than 31 January 2012, together with the Monthly Status/Accomplishment Report for the months of November and December 2011.
