February 9, 2016BIR MEMORANDUMTO:BIR Officials and Employees Attending Congressional and Senate Hearings   SUBJECT:Submission of Post-Hearing Report on Congressional and Senate Hearings Attended All BIR officials and employees who are required to attend Congressional or Senate hearings are required to submit a Post-hearing Report thereon, within five (5) working days from the date of hearing, detailing the following: aDSIHc1) Title or subject matter of the said hearing;2) BIR representative/s who attended the hearing;3) Issues or concerns relating to the Bureau of Internal Revenue;4) Specific questions proffered to the BIR;5) Specific answer/s given by the BIR representative/s;6) Name of the BIR representative/s who gave the answer; and7) Material/s presented therein, if any;8) Name of the BIR representative/s who presented the material/s.In addition, kindly attach the materials pertinent to the said hearing.For strict compliance.  (SGD.)
