Suspension in the Submission of Reports on Public Assistance and Awareness Program (PAAC)

October 3, 2016OPERATIONS MEMORANDUM NO. 2016-10-02TO:All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned   SUBJECT:Suspension in the Submission of Reports on Public Assistance and Awareness Program (PAAC) In order to come up with a credible and accurate customer satisfaction survey results relative to the Bureau's public service, an ongoing study on new strategies is now being conducted. In view thereof, reportorial requirements (PAAC Form No. 001-003) under the PAAC Program pursuant to Revenue Memorandum Order (RMO) No. 10-2016, as included in the inventory of reports under RMO No. 18-2016, that are being required to be submitted to the concerned offices every 5th, 10th or 15th of the following month are hereby SUSPENDED until a new RMO for this purpose is issued.This Operations Memorandum shall take effect immediately. (SGD.)
