November 27, 2019BANK BULLETIN NO. 21-19TO : All BIR Authorized Agent Banks   SUBJECT : Updating the Limited Bank Data Entry System and AAB Electronic/Online Payment Facilities to Reflect the Revenue District Office No. 21C-Clark Freeport Zone All Authorized Agent Banks are hereby advised on the creation of Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 21C-Clark Freeport Zone, as provided in Revenue Administrative Order (RAO) No. 6-2019 dated October 6, 2019.In view thereof, all AABs are advised to update said new RDO in the Limited Bank Data Entry System (LBDES) following the procedures below:1. Request a soft copy of RDO.DBF file from the Collection Programs Division (CPD) or Revenue Data Center Luzon 1 through email address either at [email protected] or [email protected].2. Save the soft copy of RDO.DBF in the Desktop. The LBDES must be closed before saving the copy of the said file.3. Copy the RDO.DBF file to C:\de011\DATA folder and click "YES" when asked to overwrite the file.4. Open the Utilities -> Update Codes Table -> RDO code in LBDES to check the updated list...
